For the training programs
There are a lot of things to like in this app.
If you have a non adidas cardio it should still work if you select the Bluetooth micoach smart. It does for me with a wahoo belt.
Overall:
- free and very good training programs, customized for the date of your race, and the trainings are using your HR as point of reference (or speed if you prefer)
- in terms of ergonomics, the app has improved a lot. Its clear and pleasant to use.
Train and run is a good app for who wants to prepare without too much fuss, with a good program based on your heart rate so you don’t overdo it.
Ive run my first marathon in 3:47 and am now aiming at 3:30 for my second one.
