This app is okay. I use it with the watch. You can use an athletes voice for the training but its so quiet you cant usually hear anything but mumbling. On the odd time you can hear it, I like this feature. You can set up a training schedule. I did one for running but didnt like it. Would be good for running at a track but I live in the mountains. My heart rate constantly changes going up and down hills. The app wants to train you by getting you to run at a steady heart beat so at least for me this feature doesnt work. But you cant delete it so youre stuck for 16 weeks of it telling you youre skipping workouts. I like it for circuit training except the watch sometimes vibrates at me and switches modes and I dont know what that means yet. Theres also a weekly goal you can set to get you up and moving but theres no option to make less time in the blue zone. This zone is like the amount of effort needed to walk uphill. Not enough of a struggle to bother with so your weekly goal is never complete because you actually stay in the green zone for most of your workout always. So the blue zone focus annoys me. Finally theres the fact that it doesnt always sync your workouts. Like it logs that you did, say, 45 minutes running, but your weekly goal still says 0% achieved. And sometimes it doesnt log your steps. But once it logged the previous days steps on the following day. I guess I like the concept of this app more than the actual app.
